We have different skin types and colours, and goals, and some habits that are not – all of which impacts the way our skin behaves, reacts or ages. And with endless treatment and skincare options out there, and the right plan can be a little bit of a .

What happens in the skin consultation

Our aim is to find out what you love and don’t love about your skin, if you have any particular skin concerns and what your skin goals are. We combine that information with a full skin examination and assessment, so we can create the right and plan for you.

During your consultation, we’ll remove makeup or products from so we can fully examine your skin, including the texture, thickness and colour which could indicate such as acne or . Your skin will also be under a skin scanner, which can indicate if your skin is healthy, dehydrated, oily, or has sun damage. We will take your before photos, so you can see your progress throughout your treatment plan.

We’ll then discuss your daily and skincare and treatment plan to get the best results for you and your skin. We may recommend a number of  chemical peels, microneedling or Hydrafacial, and skincare to use at home.  on your goals or the severity of your skin concern, we will refer you to a doctor or  nurse. And if you are interested in injectables as a to the signs of ageing, we can also refer you to a doctor or nurse prescriber too.

Book a General skin analysis and consultation skin consultation with a specialist nurse or . Ideal for those with mild to moderate skin concerns including mild acne, congested skin, open pores, pigmentation, dull skin and mild signs of ageing, or for those who are simply just unsure where to start. Your skin will be fully  for a number of skin concerns, your skin goals will be assessed, and your personalised treatment plan will be recommended. If you have more pronounced skin concerns that a doctor or , we may refer you, and can also refer you to a nurse or doctor for .

To secure an appointment, we will require a deposit. Your credit or debit card will be against your booking. For Practitioner or Nurse consultations we take a fully (subject to terms) of £25 and £50 for Doctor led consultations. Please refer to our for more information.

Your skin lasts around minutes. This will allow the practitioner to fully assess your skin and your skin goals, discuss your concerns and create a recommended plan.

The consultation is completely free, but we do require a £25 to secure your consultation. You won’t be charged if you attend your appointment, or you cancel or move your over 48 hours before your appointment in line with our  policy.​

The cost of your treatment and/or skincare plan will be confirmed during your consultation, but can start from £59, depending on your clinic.

Should you have a more severe skin concern, they can also refer you into a doctor or  if you need to see one. Please note these with a doctor or are chargeable and do require a refundable* deposit – please check the consultation price before . We can also refer you to a doctor or nurse for an  consultation if you are about the signs of ageing. We will ask you to come makeup free, but feel free to bring some with you to put on after the if you wish.

Our expert skin will ask a of questions which are to help them create the best plan of action to tackle your skin concern. For example:

You can wear makeup to your appointment, however, we that you come makeup free so that we can spend the maximum amount of time assessing your skin. We cannot fully examine your skin with makeup on as we need to assess the texture, and colour which could indicate concerns such as acne or .

We may recommend several options chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatment or Hydrafacial, and to use at home. If you have a more severe concern, such as cystic acne, we will refer you to a doctor.
