We have skin types and colours, concerns and goals, and some habits that are not – all of which impacts the way our skin behaves, reacts or ages. And with endless and skincare options out there, understanding and finding the right plan can be a little bit of a minefield.
If you have mild skin concerns or you’d like to feel more confident in your skin but you’re unsure where to start, a free personalised skin consultation with a practitioner or nurse at sk:n can help you gain a deeper of your skin, and which treatment and skincare programmes will get you to the best skin of your life.

What happens in the skin consultation
Our aim is to find out what you love and don’t love about your skin, if you have any particular skin and what your skin goals are. We combine that with a full skin examination and assessment, so we can create the right treatment and plan for you.
During your consultation, we’ll remove makeup or products from so we can fully your skin, including assessing the texture, thickness and colour which could concerns such as acne or pigmentation. Your skin will also be examined under a skin scanner, which can indicate if your skin is healthy, dehydrated, oily, or has sun damage. We will take your before photos, so you can see your progress your treatment plan.
We’ll then your daily and monthly skincare and plan to get the best results for you and your skin. We may recommend a number of options chemical peels, microneedling or Hydrafacial, and skincare to use at home. on your goals or the severity of your skin concern, we will refer you to a doctor or nurse. The consultation is completely free, but we do a £25 deposit to secure your consultation. You won’t be charged if you attend your appointment, or you cancel or move your over 48 hours before your in line with our cancellation policy.
